  • 1 packet taco seasoning Provides key flavors.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix For added creaminess.
  • to taste chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder Create your blend for a healthful alternative.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Brown the ground turkey in a large pot, draining any excess fat.
  • Rinse and drain the black beans and kidney beans to reduce sodium.

Cooking

  • Add the cooked turkey, beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and low-sodium tomato sauce to the pot.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and ranch dressing mix.
  • Let the mixture simmer for approximately 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
  • Serve warm!

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground turkey with chickpeas or lentils. For vegan, exchange ranch dressing mix for a dairy-free seasoning mix.
