Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls are a deliciously easy twist on the classic treat, made using soft flour tortillas, buttery cinnamon-sugar filling, and topped with a quick glaze. They're perfect for busy mornings or last-minute dessert cravings.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat an air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir in the melted butter to form a paste.
Spread 1–2 tablespoons of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over each tortilla. Roll each tightly like a burrito.
Cut each roll into 3–4 pieces and place spiral-side up in the prepared dish.
Bake for 10–12 minutes (or air fry for 6–8 minutes) until the edges are crispy and the filling is bubbly.
While rolls are still warm, mix powdered sugar with milk or cream and drizzle over the top.
Notes
For extra gooey rolls, pour 2–3 tablespoons of heavy cream over them before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven or microwave.
