hulled and chopped

plain yogurt

Instructions
Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into smaller pieces.
In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled, frothy texture.
Pour the lassi into serving glasses and garnish with chopped strawberries or a sprinkle of cardamom.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker lassi, use Greek yogurt or add extra strawberries. For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
