Ingredients
  

Strawberry Lassi Base

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then chop them into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom powder.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled, frothy texture.
  • Pour the lassi into serving glasses and garnish with chopped strawberries or a sprinkle of cardamom.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker lassi, use Greek yogurt or add extra strawberries. For a dairy-free option, use coconut yogurt and almond milk.
