Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1 box Fudgy brownie mix Plus the ingredients listed on the package

Toppings

  • 12 pieces Fluffy marshmallows One for each brownie bite
  • 1 cup White chocolate Melted, for coating
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips Melted, for the faces

Instructions

Preparation

  • Prepare and bake the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Let the brownies cool completely.
  • Cut the brownies into bite-sized pieces.

Coating

  • Line a tray with parchment paper. Use a fork to dip each brownie bite into melted white chocolate. Let the extra chocolate drip off, then place the bite on the tray. Leave a few soft drips around the edges for a ghostly look.
  • Place a marshmallow on top of each brownie bite while the coating is still wet. Press gently so it stays in place.

Decorating

  • Melt the chocolate chips in short bursts in the microwave, stirring between each burst.
  • Spoon the melted chocolate into a piping bag with a tiny opening. Pipe eyes and a mouth onto each marshmallow.

Serving

  • Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

Keep the brownie bites in an airtight container at cool room temperature for up to 3 days. Store them in a single layer to protect the faces. If your kitchen is warm, keep them in the fridge and let them sit at room temperature briefly before serving so the brownies soften.
