Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 juice of ½ lemon
  • 0.5 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Lightly warm 1 cup of water until it’s warm, not hot.
  • Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey to the warm water.
  • Stir well until the honey is dissolved and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Drink slowly, preferably before meals or in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

For best results, drink on an empty stomach or 15 minutes before meals. Customize it with cinnamon, turmeric, mint, or cayenne for extra benefits. Always dilute properly to protect your teeth.
