Ingredients

Brownie Ingredients

  • 1 box full-size box of brownie mix You can use scratch ingredients if preferred.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil You can substitute half with melted butter for a richer taste.

Toppings

  • 1 big handful mini marshmallows or chopped regular marshmallows
  • assorted candy toppings (M&Ms, Reese’s cups, gummy worms, crushed cookies, sprinkles) Go wild with your favorites!
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or white chocolate chips Optional: Use more or mix different types.
  • optional Frosting or drizzle (caramel, peanut butter, chocolate)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare a round pizza pan or a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine brownie mix with eggs, water, and oil. Mix until just combined; lumps are okay.
  • Spread the brownie mix onto the prepared pan in a rough circle about half an inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking at 15 minutes. The toothpick should come out with a few crumbs.
  • Let the brownie pizza cool for at least 10 minutes before adding toppings.

Topping and Serving

  • While the brownie is still warm, generously pile on the marshmallows and your choice of candies and toppings.
  • If desired, add frosting or drizzle at this stage.
  • Slice and serve warm, ideally with a scoop of ice cream.

Notes

Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easy. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
