  • 2 cups shredded cheese A blend of melting cheeses like cheddar, mozzarella, and Monterey Jack.
  • 1 pound seasoned beef You may substitute with grilled chicken or plant-based proteins.
  • 1 cup Mexican rice For added substance.
  • 1 cup red strips For added crunch.
  • 1/2 cup chipotle sauce Enhances flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Prepare the fillings by cooking your chosen protein and chopping the vegetables. Grate the cheese for even melting.
  • Lay a tortilla flat and layer the fillings in the center. Add a generous amount of cheese on top.

Assembly

  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to enclose the fillings.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  • Enjoy your grilled cheese burrito while it’s hot and the cheese is gooey.

Notes
