  • 2 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-5 lemons
  • 0.5 cup honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ice cubes
  • lemon slices & cucumber rounds for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend peeled and chopped cucumbers until smooth.
  • Strain the cucumber puree using a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  • Mix in fresh lemon juice and sweetener. Stir until well combined.
  • Add cold water and stir.
  • Serve over ice with lemon and cucumber slices for garnish.

Notes

Try customizing with mint, ginger, or chia seeds for added health benefits. You can also replace sugar with stevia for a low-calorie version or add sparkling water for fizz.
