  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil or butter

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • In a skillet, heat oil or butter over medium heat.
  • Add the diced potatoes and cook until they are golden and tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until softened.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Crack the eggs on top of the hash, cover the skillet, and cook until the eggs are set to your liking.
  • Use black olives or other toppings to create skull and bone designs before serving.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. You can add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for variation. For a spicy kick, sprinkle some red pepper flakes over the top before cooking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat before serving.
