Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about ¼ inch thick.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and firm.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
For a crispier crust, broil the flatbread for 2–3 minutes after baking. Experiment with different toppings, both sweet and savory!
