Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins

  • fresh herbs (parsley, dill, etc.) optional
  • shredded cheese for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and firm.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispier crust, broil the flatbread for 2–3 minutes after baking. Experiment with different toppings, both sweet and savory!
