Ingredients
  

Buffalo Chicken Dip Base

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Rotisserie or canned
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Such as Frank’s RedHot
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic powder. Stir until fully mixed.
  • Fold in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or toasted bread.

Notes

For a keto-friendly version, use a homemade ranch dressing with sour cream and serve with celery sticks or pork rinds instead of chips. For a dairy-free option, use dairy-free cream cheese and vegan cheese.
