  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Parsley or Cilantro) For a fresh flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, one beaten egg, breadcrumbs, minced onion, garlic, and your choice of seasonings.
  • Mix gently until all ingredients are well incorporated, being careful not to overwork the mixture to maintain a tender texture.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
  • Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

Freezing

  • If preparing for freezing, place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Once frozen, transfer to a resealable bag for storage.

Notes

Serve with scrambled eggs, in a breakfast sandwich, or as part of a protein-packed bowl. Freezer-friendly and customizable to suit your taste.
