  • Salt & Pepper To taste, essential for flavor

Preparation

  • Sauté the corn in a large skillet with butter until glossy and sweet-smelling.
  • Add the Boursin cheese and stir until melted.
  • Pour in a splash of milk or cream to adjust the creaminess.
  • Simmer gently, stirring until thick and bubbly.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne, if desired.

Notes
