  • 2 cups elbow macaroni

Meat Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce Use store-bought marinara sauce or homemade.

  • to taste Black pepper
  • to taste Italian seasoning

Cheese Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can also use mozzarella or a mix of cheeses.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the diced onion and cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

Cooking

  • Mix in the tomato sauce and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well to evenly coat the pasta.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, cover the pan, and let it melt for about 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize your beefaroni by adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition. Use gluten-free pasta for dietary restrictions.
